All of our meat is gluten free. We also sell gluten free bison and beef burger patties, and pork breakfast sausages.

Do you sell poultry at Meat Direct Inc?

Yes, we sell chicken at Meat Direct Inc, and we will be offering pre-orders on turkeys starting soon for the Christmas season! Stay tuned!

Is your meat antibiotic and hormone free?

All of Meat Direct Inc products are antibiotic and hormone free.

How do you check your meat for quality? 

Meat Direct Inc products comes from about 6-7 farms throughout Alberta that have signed contracts with our business. All the animals that Meat Direct Inc butchers are under 2 years of age. This is a good age, as this makes sure the meat is at the right concentration and saturation of its natural flavour, as well as the tenderization of the meat texture. We make sure that both our Bison and Beef are federally inspected, which means that the meat will be graded based on their findings. Our poultry is provincially inspected as well to ensure it’s quality and safety is assured.

Do you sell to restaurants?

Meat Direct Inc provides product to households. We will also be providing meat products for a few restaurants and hotel chains throughout the Edmonton area and Alberta in the coming future. If you are interested in signing up your restaurant or hotel, please proceed to our contact us page.

Do you sell online?

Yes. We recently opened our online orders. Once you are done shopping our products, simply select either “add to cart” or “buy it now” and proceed with payment! We offer fast shipping or curbside pick up for orders.
